Natalie’s presentation at the annual HR Florida Conference in Orlando, FL.  Natalie delivered a presentation titled, “How to Keep HR from Being the Employee Complaint Department” to a large audience of HR professionals.  The session was very well received and was “standing room only” with many conference attendees disappointed that there was not enough room in the auditorium to hold everyone who wanted to attend.

Natalie Ivey, President & CEO of Results Performance Consulting, Inc. and Kathleen Kalies, Client Services Manager, at the annual HR Palm Beach County Conference in West Palm Beach, FL.  Natalie was a guest speaker at the conference and delivered the presentation “How to Keep HR from Being the Employee Complaint Department” to a large audience of HR professionals in Palm Beach County, Florida.

 

Natalie with the senior leadership team with World of Medicine at their U.S. headquarters in Orlando, FL.  Natalie designed a customized leadership development program for the WOM leadership team, to help them develop their skills in managing more strategically and globally.  The session focused on development of strategic HR management, communication skills, understanding individual behavioral styles, and improving conflict management skills.

 

Natalie Ivey, President and CEO of RPC, standing in front of one of the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) buildings in Farmington, New Mexico.  Natalie worked with the NAPI’s leadership team to help them develop their HR and talent management skills.  NAPI is one of the larger providers of potatoes to the Frito-Lay organization in the making of various types of potato chip products.

 

Natalie with the entire HR and Employee Relations team at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.  Natalie spent several days with the team and delivered a continuing education program, “The Internal Investigations Certificate Program” to help the team strengthen their skills in conducting internal investigations.

 

Natalie with the entire management team at the Goldberg Segalla law firm’s headquarters in Buffalo, New York.  Natalie designed a customized, leadership training program for the team to help them with the “how-to” skills of supervision.  Natalie delivered a tailored version of her training program:  Contemporary Leadership:  Driving Results & Managing Risk, to help newer managers understand their role and responsibility as leaders with the firm.  The group learned about EEO laws, the need for providing employees with good direction, how to coach and provide meaningful feedback, and how to effectively document and manage employee performance.
