NAPI is one of the larger providers of potatoes to the Frito-Lay organization in the making of various types of potato chip products.

Natalie spent several days with the team and delivered a continuing education program, “The Internal Investigations Certificate Program” to help the team strengthen their skills in conducting internal investigations.

Natalie designed a customized, leadership training program for the team to help them with the “how-to” skills of supervision. Natalie delivered a tailored version of her training program: Contemporary Leadership: Driving Results & Managing Risk, to help newer managers understand their role and responsibility as leaders with the firm. The group learned about EEO laws, the need for providing employees with good direction, how to coach and provide meaningful feedback, and how to effectively document and manage employee performance.
