Natalie Ivey of RPC Human Resources offers a variety of learning and development options to meet the needs of the contemporary workforce. And, webinars are just one of those options that makes it easy for employees to get the training they need–in a format that works with their busy schedules. I offer webinar programs in two ways: public programs and privately held programs. My publicly offered live and recorded programs are available for registration through several of our strategic partners in continuing education. For individuals and organizations in need of a Webinar program, I create customized programs that are targeted to meet the desired learning objectives. As an example, I routinely design and facilitate webinar programs on the topics of Conducting Internal Investigations, HR Investigations, FMLA Abuse, ADA compliance, The Fair Labor Standards Act, HR Documentation, and Performance Management, just to name a few. Generally, my webinar programs are 90 minutes in length. However, I do provide some customized options that enable the creation of a learning track, in which multiple conference sessions can be scheduled in succession, over a period of weeks or months. The programs can be recorded to enable attendees to review at a later date, or to provide the training to individuals who were unable to attend the live event.

The cost for a webinar ranges dramatically in price, depending upon the topic and if the event was offered publicly through one of our continuing education partners. As an example, a recorded program that is available through one of our partners would be $199-$299. The cost for me to deliver a Webinar program will vary based on the topic, the amount of customization needed to create a tailored presentation to your audience, the number of participants and lines that will be accessing the program, and time scheduled for the live broadcast. In the event a webinar needs to be delivered during the evening hours to accommodate multiple time zones, RPC can accommodate this need.
